PM(Powder Metallurgical) process 

MIM(Metal powder Injection Molding)process 
 Molten metal heated in induction furnace
 is crashed by high pressured water 
 in the chamber, and then metal powder 
 is recovered to separate from water. 
 Then, wet powder is dried in rotary kiln
 furnace and classified to demanded 
 particle size. 
 Various needs for secondary processing
 such as annealing and reduction can be

HIP(Hot Isostatic Pressing) process

PPW(Plasma Powder Welding) process
 Molten metal heated in induction furnace
 is crashed by high pressured inert gas in
 the chamber, and then metal powder is
 recovered by cyclone and classified to
 demanded particle size.
 To be used the long chamber, the content
 of irregular or flake powder is reduced.
