The process from hot rolling to cold rolling finishes band saw blades of accurate thickness by our “FEED FORWARD SYSTEM”.

After heat treatment, steel becomes tougher with homogeneous quenching hardness and structure. Shape control technologies enables us to provide stable band saw in shape without distortion and bending.
