 Principle Sample weight is measured while the temperatures of the sample and reference material are being changed, and the difference in temperature between sample and reference material is measured at the same time. While the temperatures of the sample and reference material are being changed, the difference in heat flow ratio flowing into the sample and reference material is measured by temperature difference.
 Usage (1) Determination of water content, organic content, ash, etc. based on weight gain/loss by heat.
(2) Evaluation of decomposition, oxidation, heat resistance, etc. while increasing heat.
(1) Melting point, glass transition temperature, degree of crystallization, crystallization temperature, purity etc. can be measured.
(2) Analysis of differences in the molecular weight of resins, differences in composition, degree of deterioration rates, etc. can be performed. Also, thermal curing, behavior analysis, determination of crystallization conditions, etc. are possible.
