 Principle Acid-degraded solution samples are sprayed in high-temperature plasma flames.
Due to the high-temperature, ionized emitted light is dispersed to each wavelength (spectrum), and the light intensity is measured electrically.
 Features (1) Used widely as an instrumental analyzer for chemical analysis
(2) A wider range of content can be measured compared to frame type atomic absorption photometer.
 Target samples (1) Iron, steel, nonferrous metals (nickel, aluminum, titanium)
(2) All soluble samples can generally be measured
