Plastic Mold Steel
Daido Steel's tool steels lineup for plastic molding dies includes 40HRC pre-hardened steel grade NAK55/NAK80, quenched and tempered type grades with high hardness, stainless type grades, and other original grades that can provide superior mirror polishability, machinability, and corrosion resistance.
It is possible to apply surface treatments such as texturing, nitriding, plating etc.
