Daido Steel strongly recognizes the importance of protecting personal information, and in order to appropriately manage and protect all of the personal information provided from its customers, suppliers and other parties the Company administers personal information based on the policy described below.

  1. Daido Steel shall comply with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (Personal Data) and other applicable laws and regulations, and shall administer personal data appropriately in accordance with the habitual practices generally recognized to be fair and appropriate concerning the administration of personal information. Furthermore, the Company shall appropriately work to improve its administration of personal information.
  2. Daido Steel shall prepare internal rules concerning the administration of personal information, and take steps to ensure all of its employees are knowledgeable of the contents of the rules.
  3. When obtaining personal information, Daido Steel shall inform, disclose or specify, to individuals providing said information, the purposes for which Daido Steel will use the information, and shall administer the personal information in accordance with that purpose of use.

Daido Steel Co., Ltd.
